Water Rate Increase Announcement

Dear Customer:
The City of White will be implementing a water rate increase beginning with your February 2024 billing. These increases have been planned out in a long term rate increase plan that was implemented starting in 2018.
The minimum monthly bill will increase from $13.37 for 2500 gallons or less to $13.92 for 1500 gallons or less. The $13.37 rate should have been implemented in 2022 so we are a bit behind.
This increase will get the city back on track.
